lets see get all my thoughts out on one day, hard to keep track but its life lately. Really busy with work and then I come home and work on the house…70 hours weeks for work – another 20 on the house, no wonder I slept about 20 hours last night…exhausted but feeling incredibly good today.
Air Conditioner – I got a new portable air conditioner for the office but damn it needs a vent hole – do I put a hole in my wall for it? Otherwise it has to go out the window and I don’t know about that, it would be in my way but I gotta do something, its too hot to work in my office during the day and I need to work during the day.
Welding – I love it. I am going to build my bathroom cabinet, hopefully it will be finished by the end of the summer. I wish I could work on it now but I didn’t sign up for the lab so I’m working on it during class time and will need to take another class to finish it. My cute teacher has been helping me with my design. I felt like I was out of my element having to buy metal but as I start to put the design together and actually do a mock version of it with cardboard, its making sense. I ended up buying steel for the base cabinet and the top will be stainless steel which I will have fabricated. The lady at the metal shop said I could paint the cabinet so it doesn’t rust which makes sense or polish it and clear coat it. On that note, if you’re looking for Metal – Moose Metal in Concord is really cool and very helpful – they don’t have a website but their number is (925) 676-6667 and Contra Costa Welding Supply definetly very cool and helpful.
Artists – how is it that artists aren’t googlable? And why is they don’t check their emails? Am I asking too much? I would think they would want to be out there in the cloud so people can look at their sculptures and things and buy them. Also when one if trying figure out about her cute teacher – she can’t.
Guy Advice needed – I’ve flirted, he’s flirted back. We talk. I’ve asked him out via email – guys don’t respond to that, I get it. I’ll just have to be brave and do it in person..got that much but the question is why the hell does he disappear quickly after class, if he’s stick around for a few minutes I could ask him out. He was really really helpful last week, got things for me, put them together for me, chewed on the end of my pen, put his stuff next to mine, told me about really cool table saw at his cooperative…flirting, totally flirting and then he disappears – WTF? …..I’ve got one more class time to ask him out, this week I’m going to make sure I’ve had plenty of sleep and get to class early and ask him out.
Myspace – I was trying to find someone on myspace and accidentally invited them to myspace page..oops..
Whispercave – the blog – I thought I’d try out wordpress and its not like I need another blog but whispercave is more for free writing to get me in the mood to finish my book. I’ve started to use my observation deck card again pulling out a card a week and writing on that phrase – never know someday might have free time to create themes in wordpress but for now its just another writing blog
back to work, I missed a few days at the office due to exhaustion and food poisoning (definetly will not be eating at that restaurant again)
